Based in St Albans

Specialist Speech and Language Therapist

My interest in languages and early language development comes from growing up in a dual language home. Since qualifying in 2001, I have worked in a variety of settings, both in the UK and abroad, allowing me to explore my special interests in bilingualism, Developmental Language Disorder and Literacy.

Communication, in any form, is so important and fundamental to everything we do. I enjoy working with clients, families and professionals, to ensure that we can create a functional environment that allows the client to meet their language and communication goals.

I enjoy reading Roald Dahl's books. One of my favourite words (I have many) is ‘biffsquiggled’. I think it captures being 'puzzled' or 'confused' perfectly.

If you have good thoughts they will shine out of your face like sunbeams and you will always look lovely
