What drives me is knowing that, as a result of all the hard work our excellent team puts in on a daily basis, real and positive changes are being made to the lives of thousands of children with speech, language and communication difficulties and their families each year. I am keen for our team to use our collective knowledge and expertise to innovate. This means developing new approaches and carrying out research with the goal of pushing our profession forward and continuing to make gains in the ways in which we are able to make a difference to the clients we work with.
